Equipment Characteristics
• The inner wall of the insulation box of the curing furnace is reinforced with galvanized steel plate without grooves, which has a long service life;
• The outer wall is made of groove reinforced electrostatic spray painted color steel plate, which has a beautiful appearance;
• The insulation layer uses machine pressed rock wool with a density of 120 kilograms per cubic meter. The thickness is selected according to the customer's location (usually 10-15cm);
• The side wall of the insulation board is equipped with a thermal insulation bridge structure, which has good insulation effect;
• Adopting a reasonable assembly structure, convenient transportation, low transportation costs, and simple assembly process;
• Gas heating and oil heating solidification furnaces are equipped with multiple independent adjustable air vents to ensure reasonable airflow distribution and uniform temperature in the drying oven;
• For far-infrared electric radiation heating curing furnaces, the reasonable distribution of internal heating elements is used to reduce the temperature difference between different parts;
• The curing oven adopts a container locking structure, which is easy to operate. Both the left and right doors are equipped with baffles, and the edges of the door frames are sealed with sealing strips, ensuring good sealing performance;
• The curing furnace can open doors at both ends, which facilitates the turnover of workpieces and improves the utilization rate of the curing furnace;
• The standard solidification furnace is equipped with furnace tracks, furnace tracks, high-temperature resistant wheels for customer made workpiece trailers, and trailer bottom beams, making it convenient for customers to make their own trailers;
• The track inside the curing furnace transfers weight to the ground through a special structure without damaging the insulation layer of the bottom plate;
• Control system: The temperature inside the furnace and the holding time are both automatically controlled. When the furnace temperature reaches the set temperature, a self timer is set. After the timer is completed, the furnace automatically stops, an alarm is triggered, and the operator is prompted to start the furnace;
• One set of return oil pipe, fuel supply pipe and fuel filter, and one automatic fuel combustion engine.
