Equipment Characteristics

• Safe and efficient, low-pressure combustion of liquefied gas, fully automatic operation.

• Liquefied gas combustion heats high-temperature air and directly sends it to the solidification furnace for circulating heating, with fast heating and high efficiency.

• The temperature inside the curing furnace and the insulation time parameters of the workpiece are automatically controlled.

• Equipped with furnace protection function, effectively protecting the furnace and limiting the hot air sent out from overheating (excessive temperature can damage the workpiece!).

• It can run at a constant temperature for spraying assembly lines, or intelligently for fixed curing furnaces. When the intelligent gear runs, when the workpiece is heated to the set temperature and reaches the insulation time, the system will issue an audible and visual alarm to prompt the workpiece to be taken out of the furnace (temperature and curing time are automatically controlled).

• Multiple independent adjustable air ducts are set up in the space of the curing furnace, and the temperature inside the furnace is very uniform through the action of circulating air.

• The heating system does not occupy the width inside the curing furnace, making the available size inside the curing furnace larger.

• Low operating cost, saving spraying costs.
